Which peptide are you mixing?
Pick from the list. If yours isn't there, choose Other.
What size is your vial?
Common sizes for BPC-157. Look at the number printed on the label.
How much do you want per injection?
Typical range: 200–500 mcg.
Which syringe are you using?
A 1 mL insulin syringe works for almost everyone. Not sure? Stick with the default.
Insulin syringes are marked in units. 100 units = 1 mL, so 10 units = 0.1 mL. We'll tell you exactly how many units to draw.
How much BAC water to add?
BAC water is the sterile liquid that dissolves the powder. More water = larger, easier draws.
When did you (or will you) mix it?
Optional — lets us calculate when the vial expires.

BPC-157
Mix 5 mg of BPC-157 with 2 mL of BAC water. Each 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL — 10 units on your 1 mL insulin syringe (100 units). You'll get about 20 doses per vial.
In plain English
You're dissolving 5 mg of BPC-157 in 2 mL of BAC water. That makes each mL contain 2.5 mg (or 2500 mcg) of peptide. To dose 250 mcg, you draw 0.100 mL of the mixed solution — which is 10 units on the 1 mL insulin syringe (100 units).
Step-by-step
- 1Wash your hands and lay out your supplies on a clean surface.
- 2Wipe the top of the BAC water vial with an alcohol prep pad. Let it dry.
- 3Using a syringe, draw 2 mL of BAC water.
- 4Wipe the top of the peptide vial. Slowly inject the BAC water along the inside wall of the vial — do not aim directly at the peptide powder.
- 5Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved. The solution should look clear.
- 6Label the vial with the peptide name, date mixed, and expiration.
- 7Refrigerate the reconstituted vial immediately.
- 8When ready to dose: wipe the vial top, invert the vial, and draw 10 units on the 1 ml insulin syringe (100 units).
- 9Wipe the injection site, inject, then dispose of the syringe safely in a sharps container.
Storage & expiration
Refrigerate at 36–46°F (2–8°C). Protect from light.
Everything you'll need
Pre-selected based on your plan. Adjust quantities or remove any item.
- 💧Bacteriostatic Water — 30 mL vialDiluent used to reconstitute the peptide.
- 💉Insulin syringes — 1 mL / 100 units (100 pack)Enough for approximately 20 injections.
- 🧴Alcohol prep pads (200 pack)For sanitizing vial tops and injection site.
Assumptions used
- Concentration is calculated as (vial strength in mg) ÷ (BAC water in mL).
- Syringe units use the U-100 insulin scale: 100 units = 1 mL.
- BAC water amount was recommended automatically (2 mL) to give clean dosing math.
