Use the hCG calculator to check product IU per mL and the volume for an independently specified amount. Enter values from the exact product instructions. Product activity units cannot be converted to milligrams by a universal factor, and they are not the same as U-100 syringe markings.
Calculate without distractions.

What this reference cannot verify
What this calculator cannot verify
A result labeled HCG does not test the identity, purity or amount in a container. It cannot establish compatibility, an appropriate treatment or a storage period. A study or finished-product label does not automatically apply to another formulation sold under a similar name.
Product names follow the partner’s catalog. The scientific references describe compounds and study materials, not proof for a supplier’s product.
What is HCG?
An hCG label may use international units, or IU. These measure an effect in a standard test. They do not measure mass in mg.
Use the hCG IU calculator for a label in IU. Product IU and U-100 scale units are different: U-100 units describe the amount of liquid.
This category groups references; it does not establish an approved use or a standard preparation.
Check the HCG calculation
Keep the product activity unit
Use the stated total and entered amount in matching IU. Do not substitute mg or a syringe-scale reading for product activity.
Check the stated final volume
Product IU divided by the final liquid volume gives IU/mL. This relationship does not select the volume or diluent.
Divide the entered amount by concentration
Entered IU divided by IU/mL gives mL. Only convert that volume to a device scale when the actual scale is confirmed. U-100 markings are not hCG IU.
Storage and shelf life
Product-specific, not calculated
Follow storage and discard instructions for the exact formulation. A compound name or concentration cannot establish stability or sterility. Read the storage distinctions.
